Rise Kits and comfort items delivered through hospital care teams.
Resilience Circle gatherings across Hamilton, Burlington, the Greater Toronto Area and Niagara.
Rise Again: help with school, work, disability, benefits, everyday skills, and a change of direction when that’s what’s needed.
Organizations can sponsor a program, donate Rise Kit items or meeting space, or bring a team to a session or a packing morning. Sponsorships start at $2,500 for a batch of Rise Kits and $7,500 for a Rise Again cohort. Sponsors receive a written summary of the year.
